Description
King Saul had been disobedient to God’s commands, so God chose the youngest son of Jesse named David to replace King Saul. The spirit of God left King Saul and chose to remain with David. At a particular time Philistines waged war against Israel, three of David’s brothers were in King Saul’s army. David’s father sent him to go and check on his brothers on the battlefield, right there was when David heard Goliath a giant who was nine feet tall challenge the army of Israel. David accepted the challenge and conquered Goliath.
The story gives us insight on early life of David ,it contains very detailed picture representation of the story.
